Please read these Terms carefully. Sections 3, 9, 10 and 11 limit our responsibility to you and describe risks that you accept.
1. Who we are and agreement to these Terms
AIToolPickr (aitoolpickr.com, the “Site”) is published by Auburn AI, a sole proprietorship based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada (“Auburn AI”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms, our Disclaimer and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. You must be the age of majority where you live, or be using the Site with a parent or guardian’s supervision. We may update these Terms by posting a new version here. Changes apply from the date posted, and continuing to use the Site after that means you accept them.
2. General information only
The Site covers AI tools, software and free online calculators. Its content is general information, not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical, security or other professional advice. It does not create a professional, advisory, fiduciary or client relationship, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. See the Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
3. Your use of the Site is at your own risk
Some products and activities discussed on the Site can cause injury, illness, death, property damage, data loss or financial loss. You choose whether to act on anything you read here, and you voluntarily accept the risks of doing so. You are responsible for your own safety, for following all laws and manufacturer instructions, and for getting qualified help where needed.
4. AI-assisted and automated content
We use AI tools and automated publishing to help create content, and not every article is individually reviewed by a person or a qualified professional before it is published. Content may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. Author names may be pen names.
5. Products, reviews and opinions
Recommendations, ratings and comparisons are our opinions at the time of publication. Unless a post specifically says that we tested a product ourselves, it is based on research rather than hands-on testing. We do not make, sell, ship, install, service or warrant any third-party product. Your purchase is between you and the seller, under the seller’s and manufacturer’s terms. We are not responsible for your purchase decisions, for product defects, recalls or performance, for compatibility with your setup, or for changes to products, prices or availability.
6. Affiliate links and third-party sites
The Site contains affiliate links and links to third-party sites. See our Affiliate Disclosure. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, products, prices, privacy practices or terms. Your dealings with them are at your own risk.
7. Our content and how you may use it
Unless stated otherwise, content on the Site belongs to Auburn AI or its licensors. You may read and share it for personal, non-commercial use, quote short excerpts (under 100 words) with attribution and a link, and link to any page. You may not republish it in whole or substantial part, mirror or scrape the Site, or use its content to train AI models or in a commercial product without our written permission. Product names, brands and logos belong to their owners and are used only for identification; their use does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
8. Acceptable use and things you send us
Do not misuse the Site, including by interfering with its operation, trying to gain unauthorized access, or using it unlawfully. If you send us a message, comment, photo or correction, you confirm that you have the right to send it, that it is lawful, and that we may use it to run and improve the Site. We may edit, refuse or remove anything at any time and may restrict access to the Site.
9. No warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUBURN AI AND ITS OWNER, CONTRIBUTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS AND SUCCESSORS (THE “AUBURN AI PARTIES”) ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, ILLNESS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, DATA LOSS, FINANCIAL LOSS OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE, YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT, OR ANY PRODUCT, SERVICE, ACTIVITY OR WEBSITE MENTIONED ON IT. THIS APPLIES WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND NEGLIGENT MISREPRESENTATION), PRODUCT LIABILITY, STATUTE OR ANYTHING ELSE, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THE LOSS WAS POSSIBLE. THE SITE IS FREE TO USE, AND THE AUBURN AI PARTIES’ TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS TOGETHER WILL NOT EXCEED CA$100.
11. Rights that cannot be limited
Some places do not allow certain warranties, liability or rights to be excluded or limited, including under consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability or right that cannot legally be limited or excluded where you live. In those places, our exclusions and limits apply only as far as the law allows.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Auburn AI Parties from claims, losses and reasonable expenses, including legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or anything you submit to it.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights where you live, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta, sitting in Calgary, and you agree to their jurisdiction. Please email us first, because most problems can be fixed quickly.
14. Corrections, copyright and complaints
If you think content is wrong, unsafe or infringes your rights, including copyright or reputation, email info@aitoolpickr.com with the page address, what is wrong and how to reach you. We review reports and correct or remove content where appropriate.
15. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be applied as far as the law allows and the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These Terms, the Disclaimer and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site. We may transfer these Terms and the Site to another person or to a company we own or control, including on incorporation or sale. The protections in these Terms continue after you stop using the Site.
