We’re a small team based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and we read every message that comes in. Whether you have a question about a specific AI tool, want to suggest something we should review, or just want to say hello — we’d love to hear from you.
What to Email Us About
Not sure if your question is worth sending? Here are some of the most common reasons people get in touch:
- Tool suggestions: Know an AI tool we haven’t covered yet? Send us the name and a quick note about what it does. We’re always looking to expand our directory beyond the current 109 tools we’ve reviewed.
- Corrections and updates: Pricing changes, discontinued features, rebranded products — the AI space moves fast. If something on the site is out of date, please let us know and we’ll get it fixed.
- Partnership and affiliate inquiries: If you represent an AI product and want to explore how we work with partners, email us and we’ll explain our review process and disclosure standards upfront.
- Press and media: Journalists and content creators are welcome to reach out for quotes, data, or commentary on AI tools and the broader landscape.
- General feedback: Something on the site is confusing, broken, or could be better? We genuinely want to know.
Response Time
We aim to reply to all emails within two to three business days. During busy periods it may take a little longer, but we don’t ignore messages. If you haven’t heard back within five business days, it’s worth sending a follow-up — occasionally things land in the wrong folder.
Please note that we’re not able to provide technical support for third-party AI tools. If you’re having trouble with a specific product, your best path is to contact that company directly through their own support channels.
